As anyone who follows her on Instagram knows, Dua Lipa lives life to the max—a philosophy that applies to both her near-constant vacations and her off-duty pop-star style.
Dua seemed to embrace both aspects of her dogma at dinner in Paris last night. Leaving a night out with her fiancé Callum Turner and her younger brother, the singer showed off her maximalist look. Her outfit’s base layer started off strong: a Canadian tuxedo, the plunging neckline of her denim jacket revealing a black bra.
Though the sexed-up Canadian tuxedo was already a fashion statement, Dua kept going. She went all in on green, layering a full-length bottle green leather coat over her double denim, and carrying a verdant quilted Chanel bag.
On the bottom, Dua took a cue from the Flo Rida dancefloor banger “Low”: “Apple Bottom jeans / boots with the fur.” She tucked her medium wash denim into a pair of Christian Louboutin Yangzee boots—a pointy-toe golden brown stiletto swaddled in brown faux fur. Though she may not have been wearing the Apple Bottom jeans, Dua Lipa’s millennial-coded boot tuck brought us straight back to 2007. We can pretty much guarantee that the whole club was looking at her.
