We are assuming that Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni did not call one another to coordinate outfits for their court-ordered settlement conference on February 11. And yet they both seem to agree that green is the color of justice.
Both Baldoni and Lively arrived to court in olive green suiting with light, contrasting accents around the neck and confident smiles on their faces.

Baldoni’s outfit included skinny gray pants and black Chelsea boots with a green overcoat and a light beige scarf. Under this, it looks like, he wore a cream-colored tee or sweater and a gold chain.
Lively, as you’d expect, did a little bit more with her look. She wore a fashionably oversized green suit with pleated pants and a double-breasted blazer. Under this she layered a striped sweater vest in a brighter shade of olive over a striped pink button-down. She also carried, not one, but two bags. One was brown with a chain handle, which Lively wore over her shoulder. The other was a green carryall shaped like a duffel.
While Baldoni was accompanied by his wife, Emily, Lively arrived to the courthouse solo.
This settlement conference is to determine if Baldoni and Lively can resolve their dispute without going to trial, per People. If they cannot, there is a trial date set for May 14, 2026.
The legal battle has been ongoing since Blake Lively filed her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni in December of 2024, alleging sexual harassment. Baldoni responded with a countersuit against Lively and an additional suit accusing The New York Times of libel. Since then, the legal back-and-forth has played out both publicly and in court as texts, emails, videos, and other evidence—some leaked and some ordered released—have hit the internet in waves.
