Stephanie Piza Launches Piza Management Company (EXCLUSIVE)

EXCLUSIVE: Stephanie Piza, M88’s Head of Emerging & Interactive Talent, has exited to launch Piza, her own management company that will rep a curated roster of digital-first entrepreneurs while expanding into venture incubation and brand co-builds.

Operating out of Los Angeles, the company launches with a focus on what Piza refers to as “Representation 2.0.” By that, she means the recognition that creators are no longer talent — they are enterprises unto themselves.

“Creators are media companies with built-in distribution,” she told Deadline. “The question is whether they’ll own what they build.”

Expressing the belief that “representation hasn’t evolved at the pace creators have,” her specific points of focus with clients will include equity participation and IP retention, creator-led product incubation, and cultural positioning that compounds over time.

Piza comes to launch her own shingle after two and a half years at M88, where as Head of Emerging & Interactive Talent, she helped bridge the gap between Hollywood infrastructure and digital-native influence, structuring six-figure global brand partnerships while repositioning creator clients as long-term business assets.

Prior to M88, she launched Uncmnn alongside in partnership with Charles D. King and Macro, helping to build one of the first female-founded management firms centered on culturally influential digital voices. The company scaled quickly and was ultimately acquired and folded into M88.

At both Uncmmn and M88, Piza’s goal was to help redefine the future of entertainment while empowering diverse talent, aspirations that remain as she looks ahead. She began her career working in the digital talent and brand partnerships divisions at CAA.
