Love Is Blind fans have had 10 seasons to determine if love is truly blind. Now, Age of Attraction is asking a new question that’s kind of the same question in a different font: “Is love truly ageless?”
The answer may seem obvious considering The Golden Bachelor only managed to go one season before it’s lead suitor was caught balking at the idea of dating women in his age range. Still, Netflix hopes to prove that when it comes to love, “it simply does not matter how many candles were on your last birthday cake or how few wrinkles have formed on your forehead.”
Here’s everything we know about Age of Attraction.
What is Age of Attraction?
Basically, Age of Attraction is a “social-experiment dating series” that documents what happens when a group of singles date without revealing their ages to each other. The official synopsis reads, “Age is thrown out the window when singles search for their soulmates, but will the years come between them?”
Who are the hosts?
Married couple Nick Viall and Natalie Joy are your new Nick and Vanessa Lachey! Viall has a lot of experience on dating shows, having competed for both Andi Dorfman and Kaitlyn Bristowe’s hearts on season 10 and 11 of The Bachelorette before appearing on Bachelor in Paradise season three and getting his own season of The Bachelor in 2017. Obviously, none of that worked out and he went on to meet his wife via Instagram in 2019. The duo got hitched in 2024 and share a daughter with twin girls on the way.
The couple’s hosting resume includes their own podcast, The Viall Files. They also know a thing or two about age gaps, considering the 45-year-old reality star is 18 years older than his wife. “Age gaps are in,” Nick said on The Viall Files in March 2025, per E! News. “I always say, when it comes to age gaps, looks matter.”
