But 2026 looks set to be the real year of the Chanel boy—and finally! The aforementioned Jacob Elordi wore a checked, cropped Chanel jacket from the spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection—a classic shape and style for the brand—while on the Wuthering Heights press trail. (He has the classic flap bag, too.) Rocky, who was officially announced as a Chanel house ambassador in late 2025 under Blazy, first stepped out in head-to-toe Chanel reworked from the runway for his frame that same year: he wore a green tweedy suit jacket with tomato red buttons, suit trousers, and slip-on leather shoes with a matching red flap bag. Earlier this year on date night with Rihanna, he opted for an embroidered graphic women’s jacket from Blazy’s debut Metiers d’Art 2026 show, paired with a white t-shirt under a red v-neck sweater, blue jeans with a statement crystal buckle belt, red Oxford shoes, and Ray-Bans. Timothée Chalamet, too, has worn Chanel in the past on the red carpet, but that’s also been womenswear.
Styles, who is styled by Harry Lambert, chose Chanel for his recent appearance at the Brits, where he wore a black-and-white bouclé pinstripe jacket with matching trousers, a pale mint pinstripe cotton shirt, and custom Chanel ballet flats. (A.K.A. look 39 from Chanel’s Métiers d’art 2026 collection, originally worn by Alex Consani.)
While the late Karl Lagerfield had a selection of male muses (Brad Kroenig and Baptiste Giabiconi walked his runways), an official foray into the menswear space never came to fruition. With Styles, Elordi, Rocky, and Chalamet backing it, Chanel Pour Homme looks to be firmly in sight. Et tu, Matthieu Blazy? What say you?
