In the space of just a few months, Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams—the breakout stars of Heated Rivalry—have gone from relative unknowns to two of Hollywood’s most talked-about new faces. Their steamy portrayal of a forbidden romance, set in the ruthless world of professional ice hockey, has sent the internet into a frenzy few could have predicted.
Off-screen, the duo have found themselves at the top of every invite list, from the industry’s biggest ceremonies to its glitziest parties, becoming red-carpet fixtures and firm fashion favourites. Judging by Williams’s appearance at the Balenciaga fall 2026 show earlier this month, their arrival anywhere tends to set off a wave of flashbulbs. From appearances at the Golden Globes to fashion week front rows, the pair seem to be settling into stardom like ducks to water, with a combined social media following of nearing four million and whispers of a coveted cameo on Saturday Night Live already doing the rounds.

Naturally, speculation about whether the two would appear together at the Academy Awards was rife and fans were rewarded with a reunion at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. Storrie wore a torso-hugging high-neck top taken from Anthony Vaccarello’s menswear fall 2026 collection for Saint Laurent and topped off with jewelry from Tiffany & Co. Williams, meanwhile, opted for a sheer sleeveless blouse from Balenciaga paired with jewelry by Bulgari. With their (apparently unplanned) matching outfits, the pair proved that their status as Hollywood’s most talked-about double act isn’t fading anytime soon.
