Olandria Carthen, the model who gained national fame as a cast member on Love Island, attended her first Vanity Fair Academy Awards after-party on Sunday, March 15, and she chose a truly statement-making gown for the occasion.
With her hair piled atop her head, Olandria walked the carpet in a custom Pajtim Raci creation featuring two strips of fabric covering her chest and meeting at her neck and a sheer sarong-style skirt. The fabric covering her front continued behind her like two mini trains, which Olandria waved with her hands, creating an almost wing-like shape. The dress is totally backless, though she did adorn her backside with an Azature diamond. Add to that the fact that the gown is a bright white, and the vibe is very “angel.”

Her glowy makeup look comes courtesy of Ngozi Edeme, with hair by Ashanti Lation and nails by Ginger Lopez. Online, the “angel” allegations continued, with fans commenting on our own Instagram, “SHE. IS. THE. MOST. BEAUTIFUL. ANGEL. EVER! 🤍🪽,” and “TOOK MY BREATH AWAY!” and “OLANDRIA IS UNBELIEVABLY ANGELIC IN THIS LOOK.” Okay, yes, stop yelling at us!
