It’s fitting that awards season and migration season coincide, because the 2026 Oscars red carpet was full of feathers.
Tonight several actresses made their red carpet appearance in a feather of two. Certified Gucci girl Demi Moore, who’s also presenting tonight, wore a custom gown from Gucci in a gradient green and black color palette. Oscar nominee Teyana Taylor, up for best supporting actress, stunned in a chiffon dress from Chanel embroidered with feathers, pearls, and crystals. And she wasn’t the only Chanel girl in feathers tonight, with Nicole Kidman also sporting some designer quills—making it a busy weekend for Matthieu Blazy, who only showed his Chanel ready-to wear collection nine days ago.
