Glam kept in the same more muted rhythm, with a pale red lip and her eyebrows still dutifully bleached, dark brunette hair kept glossy and straight in a middle part.
Ortega stars alongside Natalie Portman in The Gallerist. Directed by Cathy Yan, the film follows gallerist Polina Polinski (Portman) as she tries to make a name for herself at Art Basel Miami with her assistant’s help (Jenna Ortega). Driven by ambition and wacky circumstances, Polina hatches a plan to sell a dead body as art.
Ortega and Portman posted together on the red carpet alongside Charli xcx, who also appears in the movie—her third at Sundance. Following a similar color palette to Ortega but very much keeping to her own subversive sense of style, the pop star turned actor opted for a nude mini-dress with a lace-lined, clear PVC rain poncho by Simon Carle.

Alongside her stylist Melendez, Ortega—one of Vogue’s best dressed for 2025—has established a dark and sensual aesthetic, by way of designers like Dilara Findikoglu, Ashi Studio, Ann Demuelemeester, and Vivienne Westwood. It’s a style lexicon that’s led to gothic boots on an Aussie beach, pirate corsets, sky-high Louboutins, shredded dresses, and architectural metals and leathers.
Don’t expect any major style switch ups from Jenna Ortega, fashion’s queen of the night, anytime soon—it’s just too good.
