Logan Clark’s The Casting Collective Moves Into Development

EXCLUSIVE: Logan Clark’s The Casting Collective, which has found reality stars for series including Fox’s The Masked Singer and Amazon’s Beast Games, is moving into development.

The Casting Collective is looking to develop and produce its own slate of unscripted formats across competition series, music shows and shiny floor entertainment.

Other credits for Clark include Fox’s I Can See Your Voice, Alter Ego, We Are Family, The Floor, 99 to Beat, CBS’ Taylor Sheridan series The Road and HBO Max’s Legendary, which had one of the largest Black and transgender casts on television.

The company has signed with 3Point0 Labs for representation as it makes this move. It will continue in the casting space.

Clark has worked with Ken Jeong on a number of these series including The Masked Singer, I Can See Your Voice and 99 To Beat. Jeong said, “Logan represents the very best in our industry. His reputation for being an elite producer is well-deserved, but it is his humanity, passion, and pure joy he brings to the process that makes him indispensable. If you have the opportunity to work with Logan and The Casting Collective, you are working with the very best in the business.”

“Casting has always been the entry point for us,” Clark added. “It’s where we discover incredible people, real voices, and whole communities early, and that’s what I love most about what we do. We’ve built a pipeline around that that’s really special. Stepping into development is a natural next move, because now we get to build formats from the ground up rooted in those stories. And as we scale, having a partner like 3Point0 Labs is a game changer.”
