Rebecca Rusheen has joined CAA as an agent in the Creators division following stints at Gersh and the now-defunct A3 Artists Agency.
“Rebecca is a highly respected and forward-thinking agent, renowned for her sharp instinct in identifying exceptional talent and strategically guiding ambitious, multi-hyphenate careers to long-term success,” said CAA’s Brent Weinstein, a member of the senior leadership team who oversees the Creators division. “We are thrilled to have her join our growing team and excited to see the impact she will undoubtedly make at CAA, and across our industry.”
Repeatedly earning placement on industry power lists with her work in the creator economy, Rusheen spent a little more than two years at Gersh following its 2024 acquisition of A3’s digital and non-scripted divisions. She began her career at Abrams, the company that became A3 Artists, in 2019.
Rusheen has worked with multi-hyphenate digital creators including Reece Feldman, one of the first creator partners of the Academy Awards, who recently premiered his first short film during the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, and Yesly Dimate, a creator turned actress who is one of the faces of Calvin Klein, along with fashion houses including Dior, Gucci, and Miu Miu.
A global representation, sales, advisory services, and corporate development practice, CAA Creators operates across the full spectrum of media, including film, TV, publishing, consumer products, live touring and other areas.
