Room Service, Vintage-Shopping, and Boho Chic: How Maude Apatow Does PFW

Maude Apatow is no stranger to Paris Fashion Week: Over the years, the star has sat front row at Loewe, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, and more. But this season marked an exciting first. “This was my first time at a Chloé show, so getting to experience it in Paris made it even more special,” says Apatow, who attended designer Chemena Kamali’s fall 2026 show for the house yesterday. “There’s so much life and art in this city to begin with, which makes for such a beautiful reflection of Chloé’s brand, all about connection and free-spirited femininity.”

As something of a PFW habitué, the actor had a few things to tick off her to-do list before the show even began. Whenever she’s in the French capital, Apatow tries to squeeze in some sightseeing, café-hopping, vintage shopping, and—if possible—“maybe visit Socrates, the house cat at the Bristol Hotel.” This trip has been no different. “These past few days in Paris have been a lot of room service, seeing friends, and a couple of espresso martinis,” she says. (Yum!)

Fitting with the incredible Chloé team. I knew immediately that this had to be my show look. Love at first sight.

When it came time to get ready for the Chloé show, Apatow embraced an appropriately romantic, boho-chic look. Her front-row outfit consisted of a cropped, billowy cream blouse with a khaki skirt and statement belt (also, some fabulous floral earrings). “I am obsessed with the belt, and if you look closely, you can see little bloomers peeking out from the top of my skirt,” says Apatow.

Her ensemble for show day perfectly suited Kamali’s new collection, which revolved around a folksy, 1970s spirit. “I loved the show. Chemena is such a brilliant designer and kind person,” says Apatow. “It is rare that you meet someone whose heart is as beautiful as the work they create. The looks were stunning, and the music pierced through my soul.” Equally thrilling to behold? The star-studded front row—because, yes, even celebrities get a little gobsmacked from time to time. “Oprah was there, and I have never been more starstruck in my life,” Apatow reports.

Now, Apatow is on to her next adventure: a visit to SXSW in Austin, Texas for a very special occasion. “It will be the premiere of my directorial debut, Poetic License,” Apatow says, “and Euphoria Season 3 is just around the corner.”

Naturally, we had to ask if she could share anything about the HBO drama’s latest installment. “The stakes are very high this season, as per usual,” teases Apatow. “Lexi is stressed and working harder than ever. I’m so excited for everyone to see what she’s been up to. Oh and, Sharon Stone!”

Below, an inside look at how Apatow spent 48 hours in Paris.
