After launching the Vogue Book Club in January with Emily Brontë’s ravishing Wuthering Heights, we’re here to announce our second group read—and it’s another iconic novel, with a major film adaptation headed to theaters soon.
Ahead of the release of The Devil Wears Prada 2—which will reunite Andy, Emily, Nigel, Miranda, and the rest of the Runway extended universe in May—for the second installment of the Vogue Book Club, we’re throwing it back to the 2003 novel by Lauren Weisberger that started it all. (Who’s better positioned to reevaluate the goings-on at the, ahem, totally fictional Runway magazine than your friends at Vogue?)
As before, we’ll be running weekly stories about the book—and hosting Group Chats on the Vogue app—from this Thursday through April 23, with a few surprises along the way. But in the meantime, pick up your copy… and gird your loins.
