Dr. Trinity Santos may be off duty tonight, but Isa Briones is present and accounted for at the 2026 SAG Actor Awards. The Pitt star is nominated—along with her castmates—for outstanding performance by an ensemble in a drama series. Though Briones admits that she’s trying not to put too much weight on the accolades.
“This is a glamorous and cool part of it, but we also need to stay grounded in the work that we’re doing, especially since it’s an important story to tell about underrepresented people and struggles of healthcare professionals,” Briones tells Vogue. Still, she and the cast have a shorthand they’ve developed to celebrate their triumphs. “We also have a group chat where we’ll all hop on and be like, ‘Yay!’ We don’t even have to say what it is—it’ll just be, ‘Yay!’”
Tonight, Briones is leaving her black scrubs behind and showing off her vintage-fueled style. For the first time in the show’s history, the Actor Awards are asking attendees to call back to the 1920s and ’30s. Briones chose the former. The brief? “Vampy ’20s, but elevated and fresh and new,” she tells Vogue.

A die-hard vintage fan, she was ready to plumb the archives for the occasion. She and stylist Kat Typaldos opted for a coral Roberto Cavalli slip, which she layered underneath a sheer black Blumarine dress with floral appliqué—both from the Archive X Yana. “Isa sincerely loves vintage, and so do I, so it is this authentic synergy and actual appreciation of vintage that kind of makes sense,” Typaldos says.
To complete the look, the stylist sourced “bits and bobs” to finish off the look, including a black floral lace fabric sash, Christian Louboutin shoes, a Dior necklace (also from Yana), and Beladora jewelry. “It is head-to-toe vintage from top to bottom,” Typaldos says. The playful look is exactly what Briones wants to convey with her fashion choices. “Since I’m newer on the scene, I want to express who I am,” she says. “That’s my favorite thing about working with Kat—we get to just create and put stuff together. Obviously, it’s amazing to represent one brand, and one day I’d love to do that, but it’s a cool place to be right now, where you can be really creative with what you’re throwing together.”
While Briones admits she and Patrick Ball (who plays her adversary Dr. Frank Langdon) are the usual after-party instigators, she isn’t sure what the night after the Actor Awards has in store. “Well, I’m flying to Paris the next day. My partner is an ambassador at Dior, and I’m going with him to a fashion show, so I can’t be too crazy,” she says. Still, ever the dutiful castmate, she is prepared to stir up a little mischief. “We’ll find something to do,” she says with a laugh. “I have a feeling Patrick and I will probably round up the troops to do something insane.”
