Kimi-Kai “Mimi” Pitsor (October 21, 1966 – April 17, 1983) was a teenager who was murdered by Gary Ridgway in SeaTac or Auburn, Washington, on April 17, 1983. She was Ridgway’s twenty-fourth known murder victim.

Disappearance
Mimi was last seen in Downtown Seattle, along Pacific Highway South, on April 17, 1983. It’s unknown what happened to her afterwards.
Discovery
Mimi’s remains were discovered in Auburn, Washington, just outside Mountain View Cemetery, on December 14, 1983. Her cause of death couldn’t be determined, though her case was deemed a homicide.
Mimi’s remains were the first set recovered in the area. The remains of Sandra Major were found in December 1985, and the remains of Lori Razpotnik were found in January 1986, though her remains were initially discovered in February 1984. The remains of Shelly Antosh were found near the area in October 1983.
Aftermath
Mimi’s disappearance wasn’t connected to the Green River killings before her remains were discovered, but her case was immediately suspected of being linked to the murders once her remains were recovered.
It wouldn’t be until 2001 that her killer, Gary Ridgway, would be apprehended. He was convicted of Mimi’s murder, along with the murders of forty-eight other women.
